The service

Plan Ahead organizes iCalendar reservation data, property addresses, cleaning windows, crew access, reminders, and completion status. Schedule ordering, conflict warnings, travel buffers, notifications, and address suggestions are planning aids. They do not guarantee provider accuracy, travel time, staffing availability, property access, or completion.

Cleaner marketplace

The marketplace lets signed-in users find cleaners and invite them to a workspace. If you clean for someone else you are listed by default, showing your display name, profile photo, completed cleaning count, optional headline, and the cities, states, and ZIP codes of houses you clean. Street addresses and units are never shown, and neither is your email address or phone number. Houses you own are never included.

You may also publish the days and hours you take work, a starting price, and a promotion. Working hours are a standing weekly schedule in the timezone you choose — a statement of when you are willing to work, not a live calendar. Your bookings, the houses you clean, when you are already occupied, and who your customers are stay private.

Searching by address uses Google Places to resolve what you type. Only the resulting city, state, and ZIP are used to match cleaners; the street you entered is not stored or shared.

You can turn your listing off at any time in Settings, which removes you from the marketplace immediately. You may also edit the cities shown. Do not list areas you do not actually serve.

Plan Ahead is not a party to any arrangement between a homeowner and a cleaner. We do not employ, screen, background check, endorse, insure, bond, or verify the licensing, qualifications, or conduct of anyone listed, and we do not verify that any listing is accurate. We do not process payment between users and take no commission. Rates, scheduling, taxes, insurance, and the work itself are solely between the two of you. Verify anyone you are considering, and agree terms in writing before granting access to a property.

Listings are visible only to signed-in Plan Ahead users. Do not scrape, copy, republish, or use listing information for marketing, and do not contact anyone through Plan Ahead for anything other than cleaning work. We may remove a listing or an account that misuses the marketplace.

Offers

An invitation may include an offer stating pay per cleaning and the bedroom, bathroom, bed, and square-foot counts of a property. An offer is a proposal between two users, not a contract with Plan Ahead, and we do not guarantee it will be honoured or that the details are accurate. Only send an offer for property you are authorized to arrange cleaning for, and describe it truthfully.

Accounts and crews

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in method, and use only calendar links and property information you are authorized to access. Workspace owners and admins are responsible for invitations, roles, property data, and crew access. Crew members must use shared information only for authorized work.

You are responsible for confirming critical booking and cleaning details with the relevant booking provider and crew. Plan Ahead is not an emergency, dispatch, security-monitoring, or property-access service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, probe or bypass access controls, upload malicious material, scrape other accounts, share calendar credentials without authority, send abusive invitations, interfere with service operation, or use Plan Ahead in violation of law or third-party terms.

Your content and third-party services

You retain responsibility for property, calendar, profile, and crew information you submit. You grant Plan Ahead the limited permission needed to store, process, redact, synchronize, and display that information to operate the service.

Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Google Places, Apple, Google Play, mapping apps, email providers, and other linked services are independent and governed by their own terms. Plan Ahead does not control their data, availability, or accuracy.

Plans, purchases, and renewal

The app can offer a free house allowance and paid features. The current price, taxes, renewal period, cancellation method, and refund terms are shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase. Store rules govern billing and refunds. Restoring an eligible purchase remains available through the app.

Availability and responsibility

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, and calendar feeds, networks, notification delivery, and third-party systems can be delayed or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, Plan Ahead is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by reliance on planning suggestions or third-party data. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Suspension, deletion, and contact

Access can be limited for security, misuse, legal requirements, or material breach. You may stop using Plan Ahead and delete your account. Deleting an owner account permanently cascades all workspaces it owns; review the deletion warning carefully.
