Delete your PlanAhead account

Delete in the app

1. Open PlanAhead and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings, then Account & crew.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Sign in again if requested. The confirmation must use a sign-in completed within the previous 10 minutes.
5. Review the workspace cascade and confirm deletion.

What is deleted

• Your PlanAhead sign-in, profile, avatar object versions, account records, invitations addressed to your verified email, and workspace memberships.
• If you own a workspace, the entire workspace: houses, addresses, private iCalendar links, reservations, cleaning status, invitations, audit records, and every member's access to that workspace.
• If someone else owns a workspace, only your membership and profile access are removed. Shared status or audit history can retain an opaque internal identifier so remaining members' records stay consistent.

Local data and limited retention

Anonymous or device-only schedules are not automatically part of a cloud account. Delete those schedules in the app or clear the app's storage. Security logs and encrypted recovery copies can remain until their normal, limited retention periods expire.

If you cannot access the app

Contact support@handydaddy.pro from the verified email address associated with the account. We may request information needed to verify ownership before acting. Do not email private iCalendar links, passwords, or authentication codes.
